How we work
From requirements to long-term roadmap
We don't just write code to a spec. We stay with your application from the first conversation through years of improvements.
Discover. We gather near-term and strategic requirements and uncover the ones that usually surface too late.
Design. We architect the application, model the database and wireframe the user experience around your workflows.
Build and test. We develop with modern web frameworks and test rigorously before anything reaches your users.
Deploy. We launch on cloud hosting configured for performance, security and scale.
Maintain and grow. After launch, we maintain the data and code, add enhancements and help you plan what's next.

Empowering medical interlibrary loans
The Medical Library Association's billing system for interlibrary loans was more than two decades old, insecure and dependent on manual processing. We designed a custom data exchange API and worked with the National Library of Medicine's DOCLINE developers to integrate it, so loan requests now flow into EFTS automatically.
